Because we would like to make sure the quality of your item is perfect, we will take some time in manufacturing.
As such, we normally only accept commissions with no deadline.

- Can I order from my country?

◆Anything that requires precision mechanical production, or any glossy finish will generally increase the production cost. A gloss finish requires a very long shining process, and precise parts need to be outsourced.
- Can you arrange it to look like variant X or add my own personal theme?

- Ｑ.Can I order from my country?

There are some countries that cannot be delivered to by EMS or Sagawa International. Please let us know where you are from when you order, and we will ask the shipping services.
※EMS has a maximum edge length of 150cm. This includes the case as well..
※In the above case, we will have to take measures to include a breakdown gimmick, decrease the size of the entire item, or use Sagawa international..
※If you move to a country not covered by our shipping services, we will not be able to deliver to you.
※If you would like to use a shipping service apart from EMS or Sagawa, please do not hesitate to ask us.
- Ｑ.Can you bring the completed product to my country?

If international shipping is difficult, and it is possible for a staff member to fly to your country and deliver to you.
Please let us know if you would like that in advance, and please cover the travel fees in advance. - Ｑ.What is a international shipping case?

It is a case that we put your item in when we ship overseas.
Normally we make an aluminium case and fill it with urethane foam that has been cut out to fit your item.
This is so that we can ensure your item reaches you safe and sound.

- Ｑ.Do you use materials that can be sent to my country?

At our store we mainly use the following materials:
Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Iron, ABS, Plastic, Wood, Putty, Polystyrene, Paper, Acryllic, Fabric, Rubber etc.
It is difficult for us to check your country's import laws, so we ask that you confirm this yourself.
We are unable to cover for any law-related issues you may run in to.
Even if your item is stopped by customs, we are unable to give you a refund.
Please keep this in mind.

We can quote you on a cheaper non-express price. (You will receive it in 6 months at the earliest.)
※Normally our price increases with more details you want us to add to the item.
While we can make a basic item with no frills attached, please keep in mind that adding your own flair is part of the fun too. - Ｑ.Even if I don't have any fine requests, what will it be like?

When you send us reference images of your item, we will ask you roughly what kind of size and colour you would like.
After that we will do the rest of the customising here right until the end. By this time it is too late to make any alterations on your side. - Ｑ.I want to use it for cosplay so it doesn't have to be so detailed.

There is quite a difference between something you would display and something you would use in cosplay.
If you want to compromise on the quality and details, we will design it to make it look best overall, and won't replicate any of the fine details.
This would decrease the manufacturing cost and difficulty, but as our shop's main goal is to provide the best quality model at that time, we unfortunately highly suggest you look to another store. - Ｑ.What happens if I want to skip out on the details you would only find in design illustrations?

The finer details all take a very long time, so by skipping on them the production time would decrease.

For example a sword is easiest to produce with the dimensions roughly 80~120cmx1~2cmx4~8cm.
For something very thin, long, or thick, we may have to change the dimensions to make it structurally stable. - Ｑ.What kind of diagrams do I need to send?

Ideally we would like something that shows the back, front and sides, along with a closer zoom up onto the small details.
These don't have to be from the original work; your own hand drawn blueprints are also fine.
Please use metric units instead of imperial units. In such cases we will estimate a close scale to base off.
If you have any extra details you want to add to the original blueprints, such as small insignia, please refer to the detailed production page.
【Regarding detailed production】 - Ｑ.What is the difference between having a deadline or not?

If you don't set a deadline, we will work on it inbetween the projects with a setdeadline, and will get it done in about 6~24 months.
You can check on the progress from our blog here(URL). If you would like to set a deadline, we will quote you on our express pricing.
(The cost will increase about 2~10fold.) - Ｑ.What kind of design increases the price?

This applies to items that require a glossy finish, or require high precision.
Polishing takes a lot of time and labor, and high precision mechanisms must be outsourced.
Furthermore, because we need to prototype and test any of the devices necessary for gimmicks(light effects, servos, sound effects etc.) the cost of production will increase.

For example, you could send us a picture of what you would like to take the motif off, you could send us a diagram, or explain it to us in words. - Ｑ.Can you produce models for display in events?
- Yes, we can. Please talk to us about how we can fit your budget and deadline.
- Ｑ.Can you make any original weapons?
- Please send us a design of what you would like on our contact form. After we look at it, we will quote you on how much it will be. This quote will include the price needed to finalise your blueprint too. If you are happy with this, we can move on to manufacturing your original weapon.
- Ｑ.Can you replicate any of the gimmicks from the manga or game such as the ability to take it apart, transform it, combine it with something else or add any moving parts?
- It will depend on the design, but depending on your budget and deadline it may be possible. However, we most likely can't make it do all those things and also make it big, heavy and sturdy. We hope you can understand.
- Ｑ.Can you replicate the size, weight and rigidity from manga and games?
- We can customise the size and weight however you would like as long as it is within your budget. However, we cannot guarantee the sturdiness of your model. Furthermore, by replicating the size and weight from manga or games, it will most likely be too heavy to lift up. Please use our model as a display piece.
