Buster sword wedding arrange, 110cm model with case
This model was specifically made for a performance during our customer's wedding ceremony. Please keep in mind that this is a "performance". Actually trying to cut a cake will end with the cake being crushed.
Furthermore, the customer asked that the case had a wolf-inspired relief and included a plate with the date of the ceremony.
～The other orders from the customers were:～

～When we actually started to design the product we realised:～
The grip's cross section should be oval
The part that connects the grip to the guard should also be oval
The woven grip should look a thin hexagon
At the base of the blade there should be a part that is slightly darker in colour
～What we looked out for during manufacturing and finishing:～
We opted to not use a bright gold colour for the guard that would stand out, and instead went for a lighter silver gray.
We coloured the mold a dark red on the bottom and top of the grip, and a slightly lighter red in the center of the grip.
We held back on the wear effect, and to add thickness we lightened the base colour, and added slightly darker colours to produce a dark matte colour.
On the plate where the Materia would be placed we machined a slight dent
We polished the relief until it gave a metallic glossy touch, and added shadows to make it look more 3D.
We only completely polished the blade, and sanded out all other parts.
The size was too big to ship, and because the relief on the case was easy to break, the customer drove 5 hours here to pick it up. Thank you!
